Loan Whitmore attended the University of Phoenix, where she received a degree in Master of Science in Nursing with Honors. Loan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Southern AZ Advanced Practice Nurse, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Loan believes providing knowledge, education, and building partnerships with her patients are key to improve their health problems. I went to urgent care 2 days later because the medicine she prescribed gave me hives. The Dr there was nice. He said I can't hear because my ears are packed. He invited me back to get them cleaned. He's a good doctor.

A great experience. My first time in this facility's day with my primary doctor we had only talked on the phone during covid. And I did not wavy to go to the office. I was very appreciative of everyone's attention and care and the fact that you have a lab in the same building made it a plus for me. Recovering from knee replacement surgery and on a walker, makes it extremely hard for me to go to several facilities for different things. You having a lab in your building to be able to do blood tests and anything else was a plus I was able to do everything at one time and get my flu shot. All you need now is x-rays and imaging ability. I have been to this building before it was Carondelet and had x-rays done on my knees back in the day. That's what you need. To complete this overall building is an imaging processing center within this building it was done before because I had had x-rays there before so I know it could be done it's just a special room with the equipment think about it that would make this building A +

The first person I spoke to was (Swana) I really can't remember the correct spelling of her name. However, she got my chart for appointment and was very nice, professional and acted like she really enjoyed her job. When I finished with the Doctor (Swana) helped me set up an appointment in April 2020. Again, very professional in her work and seemed, again, to really care that I was being taken care of. Kudos to her- She is an asset to CMG. Kelly, Kathy Whitmore's nurse, is very special. She is always smiling, sweet and caring to the patient's. Kudos to her--She also an asset to CMG....Kathy Whitmore, who has become very special to me, as she listens to me and we can talk and come up with solutions. Seeing a primary care doctor was a great experience from setting the appointment to getting booked in vitals and into a room. Her medical assistant Kelly is on top gets all your concerns addressed and very helpful to being examed and sat down talking with the Loan Katy Whitmore was overall a awesome experience, She is a amazing Dr.she very understanding takes her time to address all your questions and concerns she gives you the best advice of treatment her opinion and what she thinks best course of treatment for you and to get on the right track of living a great healthy life she's very knowledgeable and if it not part of her treatment plan she will direct you in the right direction to get the help you need.if your unsure of anything she will make sure you have the answers you need and feel confident with the answers provided. She's very easy going nice and I had a wonderful experience as meeting her and choosing her to be my primary care physician after appointment her as well as her medical assistant follow up and make sure they discuss any results or if you need to have a follow up appointment. I am very pleased with the outcome of my first doctors appointment I plan on continuing my care with her. if your looking for a primary care physician Loan Katy whitmore would be an amazing choice.

My original appointment time was 2:pm but having a different appointment on west side @ 11:00 am I decide to have lunch and then go to Carondelet @around 1 pm due to the fact I live on the east side of town. I was given a list of questions and just sat down to complete. I was called as soon as I sat down and had not answered any questions on the form. I was then directed to the room and Loan Dinh Whitmore, FNP came in and started asking questions. I completed the form as I was talking to her and felt I was really not able to give the form my complete attention. I found Loan Dinh Whitmore to be very nice and gave me her complete attention. This was the first time to every see her and I was very pleased. I was happy that I was able to be seen @ around 1:00 pm instead of 2:00 pm , but I think I should have been given time to complete my form before going in to see her. Thank You.

she changed my medicine which I did not want I did not realize how much I miss my previous physician's assistant until I had to use this one because the other one left she changed the milligram of one of my medicines wants to take me off of another one either medicines that I've taken for a long time for my heart the blood pressure and my cholesterol and they work why change something just because of your personal views I'm sorry this was a total dissatisfaction for me when normally I love this place I don't even know if I'm going to come back yet and if I do it's not going to be to her I'm On One medicine that I take as needed which it's a 30-day Supply and I make that last about six months it's called ambient it was 10 mg she lowered it to 5 there's no need for it I work for the railroad I use it on an as-needed basis and then she wants to take me off of one of my other meds for my cholesterol because she doesn't like that one
