Darlene was attentive, asked questions and listened in a friendly, professional manner. Dr. Rolins had noted a large amount of earwax in one of my ears, and he requested Darlene to remove it. I was very pleased with how gentle and obviously experienced she was about this removal. I had been concerned about how much discomfort this would cause me,but, thankfully, she was very gentle and I did not experience any pain from the procedure. It required repeated efforts to accomplish it and I was very happy that I did not have to seek follow-up care elsewhere.

Dr Rolins was extremely friendly as was the nurse PA that came in with him. He had actually read my records and kinda knew me from the start as this was my first visit with him. He was confident, knowledgeable about everything I needed, he was a great listener, he was fun and funny and understood exactly what I was saying without making me feel stupid! I have been a patient at Carondelet for about 7 years now and he is my 4th doctor. He was the best I have had, truly in years. That includes doctors I have had before moving here! He is also my husbands doctor, and my husband has been telling me for some time now to switch to Dr Rolins. I am sooo happy I did!

Dr. Rolins brought in an assistant to keep records on her lap top, introduced her to me and then she proceeded to store the information which I received a copy of in my patient portal. I like that aspect also, being kept informed on everything.
