When Dr. P. Comes in you know she has read your chart and asks specific question and concerns about your visit. I appreciate that she values your time and get right to the point and addresses the issues. She also lets you know why or why not she can or can't do certain aspects dealing with your problem. My bloodwork had showed that I was pre diabetic, so I asked about taking a certain med, she just didn't say no, she explained that I wasn't at the point where the insurance would cover it. So now I know.

Dr. P is the best! I always seem to have a variety of oncology updates and general health questions. Having so many healthcare providers is a blessing and a curse, and Dr. P is great at advising about prioritizing different issues, synthesizing all the information from all the different doctors, and have a birdseye view on how these specific oncology decisions and treatments are (potentially) impacting my overall health. She's a great listener, super clear with her recommendations, on top of what's happening with all my meds, and just overall kind.

This is such a great team! Dr. P. & Cindy are both wonderful to work with. They're both super responsive to my portal messages, they really remember things from visit to visit, or from the messages we've exchanged through the portal, they're friendly, professional, and put me at ease. I've had a lot of complicated and/or big medical issues over the last two years, and I feel totally comfortable talking about even some of the more embarrassing side effects or symptoms I'm having, and I trust them both completely. I feel like they have a good sense of who I am, what's going on in my life, and how that may play into my health, best courses of action for treatment, etc. I've recommended Dr. P and her team to so many friends and colleagues, and all of them have continued to talk about how this is the best PCP experience we've all had.

This was my first visit here. I was quite impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the office staff and the promptness with which I was seen by the nurse practitioner and the doctor. I do hope this is not a rare occurrence and that future visits can be completed within one hour or so as this one was.

I did not see any of the four receptionist wipe anything down while I was there. After an individual got called back to the examination room not one receptionist got up to disinfect the chair said individual was sitting on. Now more than ever proper cleaning and sanitizing must be taking place in order to protect each and everyone's well being. It is worth noting I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes so cleaning and sanitizing may have transpired shortly after. If it did, thank you and go ahead and change that 1 to a 5. At the end of the day, the point is, cleaning and sanitizing should be prioritized.

Dr P is my new PCP. I'd been with Dr Kim Carlson for over 15 years, when she had to close her practice due to health issues. I've seen Dr P twice now and have been impressed with how she interacts with patients. She explained the test results in terms I could understand, answered my questions. She was very positive about how stable my Type II Diabetes is and thought I was doing a good job of managing the insulin with diet. We also discussed my next follow-up appointment and her recommendation for my Medicare exam in December. She ordered a mammogram and provided a consult for my annual eye exam.

I'd printed the new patient forms from on-line and had them completed prior to the visit. So that simplified the registration process. Since I've been a long-time patient at Carondelet, all of my information was already in the system -- again, simplifying the registration process. Was actually called back to the exam room prior to the scheduled appointment time. Everything went very smoothly from the registration process, through the time with the physician.

I received a text message on my phone about this survey; attached to it was a commercial about the new apartment complex that I am moving too. If I would have known that the understanding of my emotional support dog was difficult; I could have used a different resource to get my paperwork done.
