Dr. Sipos is a board-certified neurosurgeon with Western Neuro and serves as Chief of Neurosciences at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Director of the Carondelet Neurological Institute. Before joining the Western Neurosurgery team in 2000, Dr. Sipos served in the United States Army as a neurosurgeon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and at Brooke Army Medical Center. This was my final visit with Dr. Sipos. As a really good surgeon, his schedule is hectic. He's worth his weight in gold. It was a rough surgery with risks and understood the possible outcome with a clear mind. The surgery was as I suspected, but we all got through it. A year later, and everything's finished. My lifting days are over, but that's a small price to pay compared to the alternative. Dr. Sipos is a treasure, a keeper in my book.

I am major impressed with with Dr Sipos and his staff. I had quite the scare when I saw my MRI REPORT. I was already scheduled to see the doctors assistant on Friday, which was 4 days after I received the news of my brain tumor. Like most everyone else I googled terms used in report. if I had the one kind, I was going to die in 3-6 weeks. So I called the office and asked them if they wanted to order anymore test before my Friday appointment. To my surprise a staff member called me and said that Dr Sipos looked at my MRI and I did not need to order any other tests and told me not to worry. When I got there on Friday I was also surprised that I was able to have my appointment with Dr Sipos instead of his assistant. Dr Sipos was remarkable and I feel very comfortable putting my brain into his hands.

Dr. Sipos and Alba are two of the most caring individuals that have taken care of me. Dr. Sipos always takes enough time with me to address any issues and to listen to me and coming up with any solutions if needed. His right-hand-woman, Alba, is always on top of scheduling, paperwork, and referrals. I recommend them to the doctors' I work with, and friends. I truly appreciate them!

From day one, Dr. Sipos, has been nothing but friendly and concerned. He listened to my concerns, provided information that was easy to understand. I never met a specialist like him! I was thrilled I was referred to him, and he performs top-notch surgery on me. He was gracious to my family after surgery, and is doing wonderful post-op care with me!

I have already recommended Dr Sipos to two friends because they are amazed that I am walking so well and quickly after surgery. I had another surgeon give me a totally different analysis of my problem and treatment which I wasn't comfortable with. Dr Sipos diagnosed in his office, explained his thoughts and what could and probably should not be done. I had every confidence in him to proceed as soon as possible. I could not be happier with the results.

Dr Sipos is the only neurosurgeon I will go to!! He is still perfect just like in 2000 he performed an L5S1 lamonectomy on me and saved me from living in a wheel chair. His demeanor was and still is caring, concern and resolution of my current physical problems. Dr Sipos is in my opinion the perfect doctor! I never felt rushed and he even offered me to call him if I had any questions or needs and communicated with my PCP as to my further care. Dr Sipos is the best knowledgeable personable humble doctor I've ever had in my 70 years. I truly wish all medical people were just like Dr Sipos.
