I made an appointment to see Dr Frank because my previous spine surgeon moved to the East Coast. I was needing a surgeon that could compare to my old surgeon that had been taking care of me and my family for the last 5 years. Not an easy set of shoes to fill.Dr Frank is an exceptionally knowledgeable and personable individual. He did not rush for time. He was completely thorough in his explanations regarding what he was going to do and what he was not going to be able to do. Dr Frank was relaxed which put my wife and myself at ease. He explained everything in the smallest detail so we were able to know what would be done, and what was not able to be done. Dr Frank just knew what his capabilities are and he felt at ease, thus putting us at ease. He covered everything that we were interested in and answered every question. We left there amazed at how seamlessly Dr Frank stepped in and became, MY NEW SPINE SURGEON! Thank you ABRAZO for bringing such a qualified, humble knowledgeable doctor to replace an extremely modest, knowledge and skilled professional. The transition will be an easy one. Dr. Frank thank you for moving up to the valley to help do many people looking for a honest skilled professional. Dr. Frank is very knowledgeable, well practiced and researched on my complex spine injury and has the best bedside manner of any neurosurgeon I have ever seen (I work in a major trauma hospital and have had much experience working alongside neurologists and neurosurgeons). He takes his time and makes sure all questions are answered to everyone's satisfaction and is even willing to discuss the nuances of research without taking offense.
