She played Division I soccer and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and a minor in chemistry. She attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ where she completed her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. She started working for Western Neuro immediately after graduation, and has been with the group ever since. She is a nationally certified physician assistant, and is a member of the AAPA and ASAPA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, doing crossfit, and watching movies.

My experiences with Chelsea McNally have always been positive. On my previous visit, she was able to immediately ascertain the cause of agitation of post-surgery scar tissue as suture that had not been absorbed by my body and removed it forthwith. I had visited a wound care specialist (in Sierra Vista) 3 times prior to this and they never checked for this, and, even though the tissue was still agitated, they considered my issue resolved. I am very Impressed with Chelsea, she is intelligent, straightforward, informative, puts me at ease and listens patiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Dr Kretzer.

I think that I was one of the lucky ones when I was first referred to Dr Ryan Kretzer at Western Nero. He and Chelsea McNally and all the rest of the crew there at the clinic have time and time again made me feel like my health and well-being was in the best hands possible. She explained (very patiently) any of my questions in very understandable language. The front office staff are courteous and professional. Breanna, the coordinator/scheduler in the back office is a wonderful representative for this practice. Whether in person or on the phone, she is ready to help and always has a kind word. She is a happy person and genuinely seems to care that you are ok.

this office is very professional, chelsy is wonderful, caring and much concerned of her patients. dr kretzer is a fabulous dr. he did my surgery which was much of a success. the office staff are very kind and I just love Brianna I give this office a thumbs up they are upmost the best!!!!
