I have always been very happy Jason Castro performance when he works on me for my migraines. Either from talking to him on what is available for me for my migraines brought on by a head on collision from a drunk driver hit straight on totalling my car. I not only get medication for help with my migraines before they start, to Botox shots every 3 months and also I have gotten 2 blocks from him for my migraines that sadly patients can only get them not many times a yr. But the blocks last on me about 3 1/2 - 4 to 4 1/2 weeks make me so incredibly thankful because for me it takes my migraines just about completely gone and life is so wonderful and awesome to get a break from the pain of migraines for a while. Life is wonderful. Im so very thankful that im lucky enough to see him as my doctor.Thank you so much Dr. Castro.

Staff is very, very professional and his secretary is just great, works very hard to try to get your questions answered, very confident on confidentiality and goes out of her way to helping his patients in every way she can, and if you leave her a message she gets back to you the same day, the next day if she can't get back to you that day, or usually someone else will get back to you. She is very personable and all around a great person who does her best to get back to you as quickly as she can, and if she does not know the answer to a question she will get to as quickly as possible with an answer from The Practioner, or try to get you scheduled as soon as she can, or keep you on a schedule for getting you in sooner for other patients that cancel there appts.

I have chronic migraines that are complex and also present with an aura. Jason Castro has been wonderful at laying out all of my options, especially because my surgical history does not allow use of NSAIDs so that limits a lot of my migraine treatments. I had questions this last appointment and he answered them all in a way I was able to understand and also let me know that I am able to send a message in the portal or call the office if there's something urgent in between my Botox appointments. I'm very thankful that that is an option because I did not know that

I am not sure about the timing in the waiting room or the office, it was not long at all only a few minutes and was not objectable. I know they are a busy staff and I believe they devote a good amount of personal care when needed. I have gone to so many neurologists regarding this problem and I wish I'd found Dr. Castro sooner but am grateful that i got to see him with three months ( before year mark of incident) to do physical therapy. he has been the only nephrologist who has been proactive, whose answer wasn't drugs and hope that I'd probably just be like this for the rest of my life. I'm a fighter and I think he is too.

Had problems falling a lot (still do), Doc back then thought ibwas faking, rolled his eyes and said there was nothing wrong with me.Jason Castro gave me the benefit of the doubt. I was referred to Jason Castro from my primary care doctor, best decision, Jason really listens and gives clear communication of ms and the medications as well as symptoms management related to my disease. Most of my experience with Western Neuro has been with Dr. Baldwin as a neurosurgeon. He is an amazing individual with good bedside demeanor. Now, for the neurology side with the nurse practitioner (Jason), he was very courteous, listened to my concerns, but did not give a lot of feedback on the symptoms being experienced. Although, he took a few notes, and made a few suggestions such as an EMG. Naturally though, we are trying to get to know each other but I do prefer neurologists over NP. Although that is not to discredit his loyalty, education, or knowledge in neurology. I'm aware he has over 10 years of experience.
